Gov. Armstrong proclaims School Choice Week in North Dakota

In a show of support for educational freedom, North Dakota Gov. Kelly Armstrong issued a proclamation stating that Jan. 26 – Feb. 1, 2025, is officially School Choice Week in the state.
School Choice Week is a national nonpartisan celebration that millions of students, parents, educators, schools, and community leaders participate in. It’s an opportunity to raise awareness of effective education options in all the forms they take and the importance of these options being available and accessible to families.
“Citizens across the state of North Dakota agree that improving the quality of education remains a pressing concern for the state’s leaders,” reads Gov. Armstrong’s proclamation. “Every person deserves and recognizes the role of an effective education and the immeasurable value it adds to their development and growth.”
Armstrong joins 26 other governors across the nation who have issued similar School Choice Week proclamations in their respective states.
